ROAD IN PASI POLJANA IS FUNCTIONING AGAIN Students of affiliated primary school "Kralj Petar I" in Pasi Poljana will not exceed plowed road to school. Owner of the parcel Radomir Nikolic says that the road has been plowed because he was annoyed that he had not been contacted and asked if his plots can be heaped to allow the students access to the school. However, after an agreement with the president of municipality of Paliula, he agreed to make the road available to students of "Kralj Petar I" of Pasi Poljana. Nikolic added that for the construction of schools, the city ceded the property of 6 acres but that the path made was over what he has left, as he says, still in his possession. President of Municipality Boban Džunić pointed out that the dispute arose because of collection points in previous political campaigns, but that is no matter for an agreement with the owner of the land. This problem of the villagers of Pasi Poljana, mentioned at a press conference in Pasi Poljana, is under the jurisdiction of the Directorate for the construction of the city of Nis and the Department of City Planning, which has the planning and urban documentation to determine whether there is a legal basis for the construction of an access road to the school.
